Revo Stage 1 software is a must have for any standard 2.0TSI. With power and torque increases throughout the entire rev range and very smooth power delivery, Revo Software gives the 2.0TSI the performance it should have had when originally released. Most people directly compare the 2.0TSI engine to the 2.0TFSI K03 engine found earlier cars, in reality it really is a step above. The engine has so much torque, power is instantaneous and available throughout the entire rev-range. It’s such a flexible engine, with smooth and progressive power delivery ensuring both significant performance increases and no loss in drivability. The car feels so much stronger than you’d expect, overtaking comes easily and you can be up to license losing speeds with the bat of an eyelid. Stage1 software removes the speed limit and increases the rev limit from 6800rpm to 7000rpm.

Stage 2 Performance Software has been specifically developed to attain the best possible performance from the 2.0TSI with a bolt on performance exhaust and quality cold air intake. Stage 2 allows you to run a sports cat without the CEL (Check Engine Light) being triggered by a ‘CAT Efficiency’ error code. Stage 2 software also has a stock mode and three performance modes allowing the vehicle to be setup to suit the fuel quality and driving conditions. Stage 2 typically gives great gains throughout the midrange.

Stage 3 software has been designed to complement the Revo Stage 3 hardware package for transverse engine Audi, SEAT, Skoda and Volkswagen 2.0TSI vehicles. With the larger turbo-charger and supporting Stage3 software, the 2.0TSI engine is given an entirely new lease of life, with over 360bhp and 360ftlb along with increases throughout the rev-range making for not just a powerful car but a true all-round performance car. Whether you have a 2.0TSI Gti, LeonFR, Scirocco, or even a VW Tiguan a Revo Stage3 package will give you an incredibly capable and rewarding vehicle to drive.

The Revo 2.0TSI Stage 3 K04 Turbo kit combined with Revo Stage 3 software can give up to 175hp and 170lbft peak increases over standard quoted figures with smooth power delivery and excellent drivability. The turbocharger system benefits from an integrated diverter valve mount as found on the OEM turbocharger unit meaning there is no requirement to relocate the diverter valve, as well as this the OEM baffle has been removed to increase flow allowing optimum performance from the turbocharger.
