WHAT’S INCLUDED?
RaclingLine OEM+ Stage 1+ ECU GPF ‘WLTP’ &/OR TCU GPF Software
OEM+ Performance Software is simply the most effective modification you can make to a modern turbocharged engine. Every aspect of an engines behaviour is controlled by the calibration software installed on the Engine Control Unit (ECU), your cars on-board computer.
The RacingLine OEM+ TCU Dynamic Software & Tuning is an essential upgrade to get the most out of any modified DSG or S-tronic car.
Several years of road and track development have given us the smartest transmission software on the market: by continually feeding the engine ECUs torque demands through to the gearboxs controller, the system dynamically calculates and adjusts the DSGs variable clutch pressures to suit whatever your power output is. Meaning that just one RacingLine TCU software upgrade will serve your car from standard, through Stage 1, right up to Stage 3 and beyond. So unlike some, there’s no need for a new TCU calibration each time you increase your cars performance.
RacingLine Performance R600 Bundle

RacingLine R600 Intake Kit
The new intake is a high-capacity complete replacement airbox, with twin front air intakes, housing a giant TriFoam double-volume filter rated to 600hp.
The PU material used for its construction is the same as the original factory air box and engine-cover, textured to match in to the exact same finish. But it’s not just the appearance that’s built to OEM standard. The mounting points use the factory system, ensuring simple and reliable fitment, with nice details such as the factory drain-hole being retained.
The RacingLine R600 is available with options of either a Tri-Foam Filter Element, or a Pleated Cotton Gauze filter Element.
RacingLine Turbo Inlet Elbow
The Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet has been engineered as a simple upgrade to significantly increase air flow into the turbocharger. It’s the perfect complement to either our R600 Cold Air Intake, the standard airbox or indeed any other aftermarket intake system. A simple fitment, the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet is a large diameter, free flowing intake elbow, CNC machined from aluminium billet to replace the small and restrictive plastic factory inlet.
Without it the potential of any high flow intake system is wasted because any smooth flowing intake charge has to taper down to pass through the tight and restrictive bend of the factory part.
The result? Back-to-back comparisons against the factory elbow on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow. We’ve seen some surprisingly significant power and torque increases from the fitment of the Racingline Performance High Flow Turbo Inlet as a result of the faster turbo spool and increased airflow it generates. It’s also possible to hear an enhanced sound from the turbo which comes as another benefit for any enthusiast.
RacingLine Silicone Intake Hose
The Racingline Performance High-Flow Turbo Inlet Pipe for MQB Golf 7 GTI/R plus Audi S3 has been engineered to increase air flow through to the turbocharger as the perfect compliment our Racingline Performance R600 Cold Air Intake or even the standard airbox.
A simple fitment, it replaces the entire restrictive rear factory plastic ‘bellows’ pipe between the airbox and the turbocharger inlet pipe. This Turbo Inlet Pipe is a large diameter smooth-flowing silicon hose, crucially with enough compliance to allow for adequate engine movement without causing damage to the intake. There are solid turbo inlet pipes on the market, but without this compliance as the engine rocks under power, then something has to give – with a solid pipe it will either be your intake, or the pipe itself.
Back-to-back comparisons with the factory pipe on our flow bench reveals an impressive improvement in airflow, and makes a great compliment to the R600 intake.
RacingLine Intercooler
The Racingline Performance Intercooler System is the best performing intercooler upgrade on offer for the MQB-platform Golf 7 GTI, R and Audi S3 as well as all the other vehicles based on the same platform; with proven race championship performance to back that up. The factory intercooler has shown itself to be unable to cope with the demands of higher power, hard driven cars.
By consistently reducing intake air temperatures (IAT), heat soak is minimised delivering increased performance again and again without the recovery cool-down times needed for the production intercooler. The giant 56mm core depth of the system uses careful optimised fin design, delivering the sweet spot of maximum IAT cooling versus minimum pressure loss. This has allowed us to achieve increased size without increased lag.
The Racingline Performance Intercooler System is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock intercooler. It really is essential for every stage of tuning on any high performance MQB-platform car.
RacingLine Boost Pipe Kit
The RacingLine Boost Hose package replaces the original rubber charge pipes with beautiful smooth-flowing silicone replacements, uniquely reinforced with internal wiring for guaranteed stiffness under the demands of high heat and boost levels.
The kit is a direct OEM replacement: simply remove the old weak, flexible rubber hoses and replace them with our five-piece kit. Simple.
Stepped internal joint transitions give a port-matched laminar airflow path, greatly reducing turbulence versus other non-stepped designs. Of course our kit is pressure tested far beyond the turbos capabilities, the system maintains performance under extreme temperature and high-boost conditions.
By minimising these restrictions, the smoother airflow and optimised hose routing ensures that the turbo meets less resistance and can thus perform more effectively – moving a larger volume of air and minimising turbulence.
The RacingLine Boost Hose Kit is probably the only one on the market which comes with five hoses included – although you will only need to fit four of them.
The choice of which Turbo Outlet Pipe (bottom) depends whether the car is pre- or post-2017. It’s really easy to choose which to use: it’s either long or short depending on what OEM pipe is removed, meaning that (unlike other kits) you can’t really get this wrong!
RacingLine Turbo Muffler Delete (OPTIONAL)
Our Racingline Performance Turbo Muffler Delete is a sleek single billet design which replaces the restrictive, power-robbing OEM part with a smooth, turbulence free air path exiting the turbo. What does it do? The standard part is located on the outlet of the turbo compressor and is simply designed to reduce engine bay acoustics. Whilst it subdues the harmonic noises generated by the turbo, it also adds in disruptive turbulence to the airflow right where you don’t want it.
By replacing the standard part with our Racingline Turbo Muffler Delete, you’ll replace this restrictive section with a straight, uninterrupted piece. The result: better boost response giving a little more power, all the while being able to actually hear your turbo working.
