Ordering
Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: Once you’ve added products to your basket and completed the checkout process using one of our flexible payment options, you will receive an order acknowledgement email from us. Within 24/48 hours of your purchase, a member of our team will be in touch with you directly (via phone or email) to discuss your order and book you in at your chosen Quattro-Tech site for fitting. You will then receive a booking and order confirmation email. Arrive on the day of your booking and drive away with your new parts fitted!
Q: What if I order a part that isn’t compatible with my vehicle?
A: All orders go through a thorough compatibility check by one of our trained parts specialists before you receive confirmation of your order. Once this process is completed, a member of our team will be in touch via phone or email to discuss this with you. A full refund will be issued for any incorrect parts ordered and alternatives will be recommended by our experts.
Q: When will my parts be delivered?
A: All parts within your order will be delivered directly to your chosen Quattro-Tech site selected during your checkout process ready for your booking date.
Q: What if my parts don’t arrive with you before my booking date?
A: On the off chance this is the case, we will be in touch with you directly prior to your booking date to make you aware of any delays in distribution from our suppliers. We will reschedule your booking for a date that suits you based on delivery information we receive.
Q: What if I need some help choosing parts for my vehicle?
A: For less complex questions or advice, we have a chat function available on our website which connects you to a member of our team straightaway. This can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.

Q: I have not received an order acknowledgement email?
A: As soon as you’ve completed your order, you should receive an order acknowledgement email listing the products you’ve ordered and the next steps. Always check your junk/spam folder as sometimes the email will land in there due to inbox settings.
If you don’t receive an order acknowledgement email immediately after your purchase, you may have entered your email incorrectly, or the order was unsuccessful. If this is the case, please contact us directly for support.
Q: Can I modify the contents of my order after completing the checkout process?
A: If you would like to add additional parts to your order, this can be done by contacting our support team directly via the phone number or email address listed on our website. Depending on the point of change, we may have to reschedule your booking date if this has already been agreed to account for delivery time of the new part/s.
If you would like to remove parts from your order, this can also be done by contacting our support team directly via the phone number or email address listed on our website. We would strongly advise this decision is made prior to confirming your booking date with us to receive a full refund. If you decide to change your mind after this point, a partial refund will be processed to account for any delivery and return charges incurred.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: To cancel your order, please send your request in writing to our support team (qtp@quattro-tech.co.uk) from the email address used as part of your order. To comply with GDPR, we are only able to accept requests from the person that placed the order.
When your order has been cancelled, the details are passed over to our Accounts team for a refund to be processed. If parts within your order have already been dispatched, a partial refund may be issued to account for any delivery and return charges incurred.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed in a timely manner by our Accounts team. The processing time between merchants will vary depending on your bank and the provider used.
Parts and Vehicles
Q: My vehicle is listed on your website and I’m looking for a specific part supplied by one of the brands you work with, but I can’t find it in the shop?
A: Always get in touch with our support team via the contact methods displayed on our website if this is the case. Even if the part you’re looking for isn’t visible, it’s likely that we will be able to supply and fit this for you. New parts for existing vehicles are being added to our online shop periodically to meet interest and demand.
Q: My vehicle isn’t listed on your website, but I’m interested in purchasing performance parts for it, can you help?
A: We’re constantly working on increasing the number of vehicles and parts listed on our website. Please reach out to our support team via the contact methods displayed on our website as we will be able to assist you further.
Q: How do I know what parts fit my vehicle?
A: Always use the dropdown bars towards the top of your screen to select your vehicle. For example: Make: Audi Model: S3 (8V 2013-2020) Variant: S3 (310ps) 2016-2018. Once you’ve clicked the search button, all parts listed should be compatible with your vehicle. Use the filters to refine your search further.
If you’re still unsure, the best thing to do is contact a member of our team using our online chat which can be found in the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

A: We would strongly recommend you contacting a member of our support team if you’re ever unsure on what products you require for your vehicle no matter what your modification plans are.
